Ginger Tea Enema

I was in Germany once. At a spa. Dude offered to clean my feet for me using a home-made soap he made out of recycled coffee-grounds. I was on my way out. Almost said no- but he insisted. While he washed my feet he explained to me the benefits of using this kind of soap - and how it's even better because it's made of repurposed material that would otherwise be thrown away. Dude didn't even work at the spa.Just a random dude. Wanted to wash my feet.I love Germany. In the spirit of this dude, I'll share my discovery of the Ginger Tea Enema. If you're like me and you make your ginger tea from blended fresh ginger- and you strain it using cotton or flax, you end up with some bio-material that you might wonder about what to do with. You can eat it. But if you don't eat it, throw it in a bucket, boil some water and let it sit. After a while, figure out a way to get it up your butt. It's not hard. Maybe you can find a pump on amazon, but a squeeze bottle will work. I did it and I felt better after I did it than before. Everyone should do it. The Kellogg guy recommended yogurt enemas on a monthly basis. Funny how you're in school for 20 years, 8 hours a day and they never mention anything like this. Makes you wonder. If you're serious about eliminating parasites from your life, you should take my advice. The Japanese have their own methods. I might talk about the Japanese in another post
